1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity) and KIFL CORPORATION concerning your access to and use of our website and commercial B2B manufacturing inquiry services.
2. Commercial Manufacturing & Quotations
All product specifications, pricing quotes, lead times, and batch sizes listed on the site or communicated through inquiry forms are estimates subject to formal commercial agreements and technical feasibility reviews by our production engineers.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, text, product photography, trademarks, logos, and graphics are the exclusive property of KIFL CORPORATION. Clients retain full ownership of proprietary brand formulas provided for custom manufacturing under executed contracts.
4. Quality & Regulatory Warranties
KIFL CORPORATION manufactures food products, snacks, bakery items, and nutrition foods adhering strictly to applicable cGMP guidelines and FSSAI quality standards. Specific product warranties are defined in individual commercial production contracts.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KIFL CORPORATION or its directors be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of website usage or preliminary sample requests prior to formal contract execution.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik / Malegaon, Maharashtra.
